الملحق الثقافي العراقي يستقبل طلبة من جامعة كوالالمبور ضمن برنامج بحثي حول القيادات في المؤسسات الحكومية

استقبل الملحق الثقافي العراقي في كوالالمبور، الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور عبد الجليل محمد مجيد، مجموعة من طلبة جامعة كوالالمبور في مقر الملحقية الثقافية العراقية، وذلك في إطار برنامج بحثي أكاديمي ينفذه الطلبة حول القيادات الإدارية ودورها في المؤسسات الحكومية

وتضمنت الزيارة إجراء مقابلة علمية مع الملحق الثقافي العراقي، تناولت عدداً من المحاور المتعلقة بالقيادة المؤسسية، وآليات اتخاذ القرار، وإدارة الموارد البشرية، فضلاً عن التحديات والفرص التي تواجه القيادات في المؤسسات الحكومية، ودورها في تعزيز الكفاءة المؤسسية وتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية

وخلال اللقاء، استعرض الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور عبد الجليل محمد مجيد طبيعة عمل الملحقية الثقافية العراقية والمهام التي تضطلع بها في متابعة شؤون الطلبة العراقيين الدارسين في ماليزيا، إلى جانب دورها في تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي والثقافي بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي العراقية والماليزية

وأكد سيادته أهمية البرامج البحثية والتطبيقية التي تسهم في ربط الجوانب النظرية بالتجارب العملية، مشيداً بجهود جامعة كوالالمبور في تشجيع الطلبة على إجراء الدراسات الميدانية التي تسهم في تطوير مهاراتهم البحثية وتعزيز فهمهم لمفاهيم القيادة والإدارة الحديثة

من جانبهم، أعرب الطلبة عن شكرهم وتقديرهم للملحق الثقافي العراقي على إتاحة الفرصة لإجراء المقابلة وتزويدهم بالمعلومات والخبرات التي تدعم مشروعهم البحثي، مؤكدين أن الزيارة أسهمت في إثراء دراستهم وتوسيع معارفهم حول واقع العمل القيادي في المؤسسات الحكومية

وفي ختام الزيارة، تم التقاط الصور التذكارية، مع التأكيد على أهمية استمرار التواصل والتعاون بين المؤسسات الأكاديمية والجهات الحكومية بما يسهم في دعم العملية التعليمية والبحثية

Iraqi Cultural Attaché Receives Universiti Kuala Lumpur Students as Part of a Research Project on Leadership in Government Institutions

The Iraqi Cultural Attaché in Kuala Lumpur, Assistant Professor Dr. Abduljaleel Mohammed Majeed, received a group of students from Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) at the headquarters of the Iraqi Cultural Attaché Office as part of an academic research project focusing on leadership and its role in government institutions.

The visit included an academic interview with the Iraqi Cultural Attaché, during which a number of topics were discussed, including institutional leadership, decision-making processes, human resource management, as well as the challenges and opportunities facing leaders in government institutions and their role in enhancing organizational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives.

During the meeting, Assistant Professor Dr. Abduljaleel Mohammed Majeed provided an overview of the Iraqi Cultural Attaché Office, highlighting its responsibilities in supporting and monitoring Iraqi students studying in Malaysia, as well as its role in strengthening academic and cultural cooperation between Iraqi and Malaysian higher education institutions.

He emphasized the importance of research and practical learning initiatives that bridge theoretical knowledge with real-world experience, commending Universiti Kuala Lumpur for encouraging students to engage in field research that enhances their research skills and deepens their understanding of contemporary leadership and management concepts.

The students expressed their appreciation to the Iraqi Cultural Attaché for the opportunity to conduct the interview and benefit from his insights and experience, noting that the visit significantly enriched their research project and broadened their understanding of leadership practices within government institutions.

At the conclusion of the visit, commemorative photographs were taken, and both sides underscored the importance of continued cooperation and engagement between academic institutions and government entities in support of education and research activities.
