The world saw the light of knowledge through the ancient Mesopotamian civilization in the cities of Sumer, Assyria, Babylon and Akkad. Today Iraq is reopening its gateways to embrace Arab and foreign students and researchers from various countries of the world to learn more about this civilization.
The Iraqi ministry of higher education and scientific research/ the department of scholarships& cultural relations is delighted to announce the launch of study and research scholarships scheme funded by the relevant host Iraqi universities. The scholarships target applicants from all over the world who wish to pursue their undergraduate and graduate studies at Iraqi academic institutions, and also the researchers who wish to conduct their research activities in Iraq.
