Iraqi Embassy and the Cultural Attache in Kuala Lumpur have participated in the international UPM festival, which has been held on 28/05/2016 Saturday morning, Mr. Hassan Muhsin (Vice Ambassador) and Dr. Sami Diab (Cultural Adviser) have also attended the festival. On this special occasion, ICA-KL tributes the spectacular efforts that have been made by the Iraqi students in the festival, ICA wishes our students all the best in their endevours to service our lovely country.
