الملحقية الثقافية العراقية تستقبل وفد الجامعة العراقية لتعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي الدولي

The Iraqi Cultural Attaché Office Receives a Delegation from Al-Iraqia University

استقبلت الملحقية الثقافية العراقية في كوالالمبور متمثلة بالأستاذ المساعد الدكتور عبد الجليل محمد مجيد، الملحق الثقافي، وفدًا رفيع المستوى من الجامعة العراقية ضم عدداً من قياداتها الأكاديمية والإدارية، وذلك في إطار تعزيز العلاقات الأكاديمية وتوسيع آفاق التعاون العلمي بين الجامعات العراقية والمؤسسات التعليمية في ماليزيا.

وضم وفد الجامعة كل من

الدكتور خميس عوض زيدان – مساعد رئيس الجامعة للشؤون العلمية، و الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور إدريس إبراهيم عميد كلية التربية،الأستاذ الدكتور حسين داخل البهادلي عميد كلية الآداب، والأستاذ المساعد الدكتور دريد يحيى محمد مدير قسم البعثات والعلاقات الثقافية في الجامعة

وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث آفاق التعاون الأكاديمي والعلمي المشترك بين الجامعة العراقية والمؤسسات التعليمية الماليزية، مع التركيز على برامج التبادل الأكاديمي، إستقطاب الطلبة العراقيين، وتطوير المشاريع البحثية المشتركة التي تخدم مصالح الطلبة والأساتذة في كلا البلدين. كما تم تبادل وجهات النظر حول تعزيز العلاقات العلمية والثقافية ضمن رؤية مشتركة لدعم التعليم العالي

وأكد الملحق الثقافي الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور عبد الجليل محمد مجيد أهمية هذه الزيارة في توطيد الروابط الأكاديمية وبناء جسور التعاون بين العراق وماليزيا في ميادين التعليم والبحث العلمي، مشيراً إلى استعداد الملحقية لدعم المبادرات المستقبلية التي تسهم في تعزيز التواصل والتفاهم بين الجامعات

The Iraqi Cultural Attaché Office in Kuala Lumpur received a high-level delegation from Al-Iraqia University, headed by Dr. Khamis Awad Zaidan, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs. The delegation was welcomed by the Cultural Attaché, Assistant Professor Dr. Abduljalil Mohammed Majeed, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen academic relations and expand scientific cooperation between Iraqi universities and Malaysian higher education institutions.

The visiting delegation included:

• Dr. Khamis Awad Zaidan – Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs
• Assistant Professor Dr. Idris Ibrahim – Dean of the College of Education
• Professor Dr. Hussein Dakhil Zuweihi Shalash Al-Bahadli – Dean of the College of Arts
• Assistant Professor Dr. Duraid Yahya Mohammed – Director of the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations

During the meeting, both sides discussed prospects for joint academic and scientific cooperation, with a focus on faculty and student exchange programmes, support for Iraqi students, and the development of joint research initiatives that serve the interests of students and academics in both countries. Views were also exchanged on enhancing scientific and cultural relations within a shared vision to advance higher education.

The Cultural Attaché emphasized the importance of such visits in strengthening academic ties and building bridges of cooperation between Iraq and Malaysia, reaffirming the Attaché Office’s readiness to support future initiatives that promote communication, mutual understanding, and sustainable academic partnerships between universities.
