The Iraqi Cultural Attaché Office Attends the Signing Ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding between Al-Iraqia University and Universiti Tenaga Nasional

حضرت الملحقية الثقافية العراقية في كوالالمبور مراسم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين الجامعة العراقية و**جامعة تيناغا الوطنية (UNITEN)**، وذلك في إطار دعم وتطوير التعاون الأكاديمي والعلمي بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي في جمهورية العراق وماليزيا

وتهدف مذكرة التفاهم إلى تعزيز الشراكة المؤسسية بين الجانبين في مجالات التبادل الأكاديمي والطلابي، والتعاون البحثي المشترك، وبرامج الإشراف العلمي، وتبادل الخبرات الأكاديمية، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بمستوى التعليم العالي وتوسيع فرص التعاون الدولي

وأكد ممثلو الملحقية الثقافية أهمية هذه الخطوة في توطيد العلاقات التعليمية وفتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون بين الجامعات العراقية والماليزية، مشيرين إلى استعداد الملحقية لمتابعة تنفيذ بنود المذكرة وتقديم الدعم اللازم لتحويلها إلى برامج ومشاريع عملية تخدم الطلبة والباحثين في البلدين

وتأتي هذه المشاركة ضمن جهود الملحقية الثقافية العراقية الرامية إلى تعزيز الحضور الأكاديمي الدولي للجامعات العراقية وبناء شراكات فاعلة ومستدامة مع الجامعات المرموقة في ماليزيا

The Iraqi Cultural Attaché Office in Kuala Lumpur attended the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Al-Iraqia University and Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), as part of efforts to support and develop academic and scientific cooperation between higher education institutions in the Republic of Iraq and Malaysia.

The MoU aims to strengthen institutional partnership between the two universities in the areas of academic and student exchange, joint research collaboration, joint supervision programmes, and the exchange of academic expertise, contributing to the advancement of higher education and the expansion of international cooperation opportunities.

Representatives of the Iraqi Cultural Attaché Office emphasized the importance of this step in reinforcing educational relations and opening new horizons for cooperation between Iraqi and Malaysian universities. They also reaffirmed the Attaché Office’s readiness to follow up on the implementation of the MoU’s provisions and to provide the necessary support to translate them into practical programmes and projects that serve students and researchers in both countries.

This participation forms part of the ongoing efforts of the Iraqi Cultural Attaché Office to enhance the international academic presence of Iraqi universities and to build effective and sustainable partnerships with leading Malaysian universities.
