تلقت الملحقية الثقافية العراقية في كوالالمبور رسالة تهنئة من السيد رئيس جامعة بوترا الماليزية، البروفيسور الدكتور أحمد فرحان محمد صد الله، بمناسبة تسنم الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور عبد الجليل محمد مجيد مهام عمله كمستشار ثقافي لجمهورية العراق في ماليزيا.
وجاء في نص التهنئة أن هذه المناسبة تمثل علامة فارقة في تعزيز العلاقات الأكاديمية والثقافية بين جامعة بوترا الماليزية والملحقية الثقافية العراقية، مشيراً إلى تقدير الجامعة للتعاون المثمر بين الجانبين. وأكد رئيس الجامعة التزام مؤسسته بدعم الطلبة العراقيين الذين يتابعون دراساتهم في الجامعة، معرباً عن أمله في أن يستمر التعاون بين الجانبين في المستقبل لما فيه مصلحة الطرفين.

The Iraqi Cultural Attaché in Kuala Lumpur received a congratulatory letter from the Vice Chancellor of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Prof. Dr. Ahmad Farhan Mohd Sadullah, on the occasion of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abduljaleel Mohamed Majeed assuming his duties as the Cultural Counselor of the Republic of Iraq in Malaysia.
