The Cultural Attaché Office Participates in Receiving the Iraqi Students Association Delegation at UCSI University
شاركت الملحقية الثقافية في كوالالمبور في استقبال وفد رابطة الطلبة العراقيين في جامعة سيدايا خلال اللقاء الذي عُقد في سفارة جمهورية العراق في كوالالمبور، بحضور القائم بالأعمال المؤقت المستشار أحمد غانم عبد الجبار، وذلك في إطار تعزيز التواصل مع الطلبة العراقيين الدارسين في ماليزيا ودعم مسيرتهم الأكاديمية.
وحضر اللقاء الملحق الثقافي الدكتور عبد الجليل محمد مجيد، إلى جانب المستشار في السفارة السيدة غادة عبد الجبار، حيث جرى استقبال وفد الرابطة برئاسة المشرف عليها الدكتور عمار الطالب
وأكد الملحق الثقافي خلال اللقاء أهمية الدور الذي تؤديه روابط الطلبة في دعم الطلبة العراقيين، ولا سيما الطلبة المستجدين، والمساهمة في تهيئة بيئة تعليمية مستقرة ومحفزة، مشيرًا إلى حرص الملحقية الثقافية على التواصل المستمر مع الطلبة والاستماع إلى احتياجاتهم الأكاديمية ومتابعتها بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة
كما تم بحث آليات تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين الملحقية الثقافية ورابطة الطلبة العراقيين في جامعةUCSI ، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بالمستوى العلمي والمهني للطلبة، وتعزيز تمثيلهم الإيجابي في الأوساط الأكاديمية الماليزية
وفي ختام اللقاء، أعرب وفد الرابطة عن شكره وتقديره للملحقية الثقافية وسفارة جمهورية العراق على دعمهما المتواصل، مؤكدين حرصهم على الاستمرار في تنفيذ المبادرات والبرامج التي تخدم الطلبة العراقيين وتدعم مسيرتهم التعليمية في ماليزيا
The Cultural Attaché Office in Kuala Lumpur participated in receiving a delegation from the Iraqi Students Association at UCSI University during a meeting held at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Kuala Lumpur, in the presence of the Chargé d’Affaires a.i., Counselor Ahmed Ghanem Abdul Jabbar, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen communication with Iraqi students studying in Malaysia and to support their academic journey.
The meeting was attended by the Cultural Attaché, Dr. Abduljalil Mohammed Majeed, along with Embassy Counselor Ms. Ghada Abdul Jabbar, and welcomed the Association’s delegation headed by Dr. Ammar Al-Talib, Supervisor of the Association.
During the meeting, the Cultural Attaché emphasized the important role played by student associations in supporting Iraqi students, particularly newly enrolled students, and in contributing to the creation of a stable and motivating educational environment. He also highlighted the Cultural Attaché Office’s commitment to maintaining continuous communication with students, addressing their academic needs, and coordinating with relevant authorities to support them.
The meeting further discussed mechanisms to enhance cooperation and coordination between the Cultural Attaché Office and the Iraqi Students Association at UCSI University, with the aim of improving students’ academic and professional standards and strengthening their positive representation within Malaysian academic institutions.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Association’s delegation expressed their sincere appreciation to the Cultural Attaché Office and the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq for their continued support, reaffirming their commitment to implementing initiatives and programs that serve Iraqi students and advance their educational experience in Malaysia.
