The Iraqi Cultural Attach\u00e9 in Kuala Lumpur, Assistant Professor Dr. Abduljaleel Mohammed Majeed, received a group of students from Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) at the headquarters of the Iraqi Cultural Attach\u00e9 Office as part of an academic research project focusing on leadership and its role in government institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The visit included an academic interview with the Iraqi Cultural Attach\u00e9, during which a number of topics were discussed, including institutional leadership, decision-making processes, human resource management, as well as the challenges and opportunities facing leaders in government institutions and their role in enhancing organizational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, Assistant Professor Dr. Abduljaleel Mohammed Majeed provided an overview of the Iraqi Cultural Attach\u00e9 Office, highlighting its responsibilities in supporting and monitoring Iraqi students studying in Malaysia, as well as its role in strengthening academic and cultural cooperation between Iraqi and Malaysian higher education institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He emphasized the importance of research and practical learning initiatives that bridge theoretical knowledge with real-world experience, commending Universiti Kuala Lumpur for encouraging students to engage in field research that enhances their research skills and deepens their understanding of contemporary leadership and management concepts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
