Mr. Abdul Razzaq Awfi Jabir, the former financial accountant at the Iraqi Cultural Attach\u00e9 in Kuala Lumpur, received letters of thanks and appreciation from Mr. Mohammad Faleh, the Charg\u00e9 d’Affaires at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Kuala Lumpur, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahlem N.
