الملحق الثقافي يحضر اجتماع أولياء الأCultural Attaché Attends the Parents–Teachers Meeting at the Iraqi School in Kuala Lumpur, Accompanied by the Embassy’s Consul
حضر الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور عبد الجليل محمد مجيد، الملحق الثقافي بسفارة جمهورية العراق في كوالالمبور، اجتماع أولياء الأمور الذي عقدته المدرسة العراقية في كوالالمبور، وذلك بمشاركة سعادة القنصل ممثلاً لسفارة جمهورية العراق في ماليزيا، وبحضور جمع من أولياء الأمور العراقيين
وقد عكس الاجتماع مستوى العناية والمتابعة التي توليها البعثة الدبلوماسية العراقية لأبنائها الطلبة الدارسين في الخارج، إذ شكّل حضور القنصل والملحق الثقافي دعمًا معنويًا لأولياء الأمور ورسالة واضحة على رسوخ الالتزام الرسمي تجاه ضمان استقرار المسيرة التعليمية للطلبة العراقيين
وخلال اللقاء، أكد ممثل السفارة في أحاديثه الجانبية مع أولياء الأمور أهمية تعزيز الشراكة بين الأسرة والمدرسة لضمان الارتقاء بالمستوى العلمي للطلبة، مشيرًا إلى أن التواصل المستمر بين الجهات الرسمية وأسر الطلبة يسهم في معالجة أي تحديات قد تواجههم
وأكد كذلك أن المسافة الجغرافية لا تُضعف المسؤولية الوطنية، بل تزيد من حرص السفارة والملحقية على تقديم الدعم اللازم ومتابعة شؤون الطلبة لضمان بيئة تعليمية مستقرة ومحفزة
وتضمّن الاجتماع حوارات بنّاءة بين إدارة المدرسة وأولياء الأمور حول الأداء الأكاديمي والخدمات التعليمية وسبل تطويرها، بما ينسجم مع المعايير التربوية الحديثة ويحقق أفضل النتائج لأبناء الجالية العراقية
وفي ختام الاجتماع، عبّر أولياء الأمور عن شكرهم وتقديرهم لحضور ممثلي السفارة والملحقية الثقافية، مؤكدين أن مثل هذه المشاركات الرسمية تعزز الثقة وتؤكد أن أبناء العراق يحظون بمتابعة حقيقية واهتمام مستمر رغم بُعد المسافة
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdul Jalil Mohammed Majid, the Cultural Attaché at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Kuala Lumpur, attended the Parents–Teachers Meeting held at the Iraqi School in Kuala Lumpur, alongside the Consul representing the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Malaysia, with the participation of a large number of Iraqi parents.
The meeting reflected the high level of care and attention extended by the Iraqi diplomatic mission to Iraqi students studying abroad. The presence of the Consul and the Cultural Attaché provided meaningful support to parents and conveyed a clear message of the government’s commitment to ensuring the educational stability of Iraqi students overseas.
During his side discussions with parents, the Consul emphasized the importance of strengthening the partnership between families and the school to ensure the continuous improvement of students’ academic performance. He noted that ongoing communication between the school, parents, and the diplomatic mission plays a vital role in addressing challenges and fostering an environment that supports student success.
He also stressed that geographical distance does not diminish national responsibility; rather, it reinforces the Embassy’s and Cultural Attaché Office’s dedication to supporting students’ educational journeys and ensuring they have a stable and encouraging learning environment.
The meeting included constructive discussions between the school administration and parents regarding academic performance, educational services, and opportunities for further development in line with modern educational standards.
At the conclusion of the event, parents expressed their appreciation for the attendance of the Embassy and Cultural Attaché representatives, affirming that such official participation strengthens trust and reassures families that their children receive genuine follow-up and continued support despite the physical distance from home.
